Change of Tariff

Tariff customer of any premises can apply to request for change of tariff, if customers understands that current tariff is not appropriate for the electricity usage.

Customer should provide the information of usage, appliances and other details inorder to verify the tariff.

Customer can obtain Tariff Change Application and Agreement Forms (two copies), Instructions to Customers document free of charge from closest Customer Service Center /Branch Office or download the documents
