 New Connection Estimate within 14 days

  • When the customer requests for a new electricity connection we will issue the estimate within 14 days

 Electricity Supply in 14 days after the Estimate Payments

  • Once the customer pay in full for a new connection supply will be connected within 14 days if there are no objections to routing of the line

 Meter Testing within 14 days

  • If the customer believes the meter is defective, he/she can request for the meter to be tested by paying a fee of Rs.620/= (which is a refundable charge if the meter is defective) at the branch office of your service area. We will commence the testing of the meter within 14 days

 Meter or Pole shifting Estimate within 14 days

  • When the customer request to shift the meter or pole to another location we will provide the estimate within 14 days

 Voltage Level Maintains between 216 V and 244 V (230 V ± 6 %)

  • In case of the voltage is outside this range we will correct that situation within 12 weeks

 Indemnity of Customer’s Appliances

  • If the customer’s electrical appliances are damaged due to defects in our electricity network, excluding those due to causes beyond our control, we undertake to dear the repair cost, if the customer notify us of the damage promptly
